The Bachelor’s degree in Philosophical and Historical Studies aims to provide students with a solid knowledge of history and philosophy from antiquity to the present day. It is characterized by a particular attention to contemporary research in order to develop in the student the disposition to recognize the conceptual structures operating in cultural-historical processes. The Bachelor’s programme is organised into a historical and a philosophical curriculum, and is structured in such a way that students acquire competences in the variety of methods and tools for philosophical and historical research. The student is expected to complete his/her training also taking part in European and international student mobility programmes.
