Course description
The course aims to offer an all-round training to the student, including elements of voice’s anatomy and physiology such as useful aspects of music theory and language. Attention is also paid to the peculiarities of the various styles of singing flowing into the great context of popular music.
The course of studies also provides for the acquisition of specific skills concerning psychoacoustics, diction, phonetics and elements of general linguistics related to the language in which you sing, so as to ensure the most effective communication between singer and listener.
Ample space is also given to the relationship between posture and voice, to occlusal/myofunctional problems, to the production of sound and to all the other possible factors that influence the vocal emission.
The student will acquire skills regarding body management and body awareness in a progressive acquisition of “proprioceptive” awareness, essential for increase the feedback circuit and the consequent control of the vocal instrument.
At the end of the course of studies, moreover, the student will have to acquire all the specific aspects of the musical language of the pop styles, in order to acquire a complete general both aesthetic and stylistic preparation.
